You'll see frequent spikes of voltage to "unsafe" levels like 1.4-1.5V but these spikes happen in miliseconds and so the software you use to monitor it (likely running in seconds) will make it look much worse than it actually is. It's not like an intel OC where you manually set the frequencies much higher or something, there's not much OC headroom in ryzen cpus because they pretty much handle that themselves out of the box. 3600 with beefy air cooler / AIO: Increase PBO PPT to 105W to prevent your CPU from hitting the 88W wall.
